Ski/Snowboard Club

Payment is due in EduTrak at least 2 days before each trip. Payments can be made for one trip at a time. If the trip is cancelled due to inclement weather or if unforseen circumstances prevent your child from attending, refunds will be issued or carried over to the next trip.

Students wishing to attend trips to Hyland Hills must have turned in a signed Contract and completed the Digital Hyland Waiver form by January 7, 2026 (find both above).

**Students owning their own equipment may bring it to Hyland Hills Ski Area on the day of the trip.  In the case a student has their own equipment, only transportation and a lift ticket will need to be purchased. Season passes to Hyland Hills Ski Area can be used in lieu of purchasing a lift ticket.

Please note that ski/snowboard rental is $22.  Payment for equipment rental is made on Edutrak. 

• Ski rental includes skis, boots, and poles.
• Snowboard rental includes snowboard and boots.
• Helmets can be rented separately for $9.

Group lessons are available at Hyland Hills for $16 if you are a beginner skiier/snowboarder.

Lessons are being offered during all four trips:

January 9th (need to be signed up by the morning of January 2nd)
January 16th (need to be signed up by the morning of 9th)
January 23rd (need to be signed up by the morning of January 16th)
February 13th (need to be signed up by the morning of February 6th)

You must sign up for these lessons a week in advance through EduTrak. The reason for the week notice for lessons is so reservations can be made with Hyland Hills staff. There are no exceptions to these dates.

Transportation to and from Hyland Hills Ski Area will be provided on the day of each trip & will be a fee of $10.00. Personal items may be left at BHMS and retrieved upon returning to school.
