Tournaments: some in person, some on-line

Each participant will work on at least 2 events, or science topics, throughout the year. Each practice you will continue studying, learning, building, testing, or practicing for your events with your partner(s) in order to prepare for competition at our tournaments. In grades 6-12, Science Olympiad functions much like a football or soccer team, requiring preparation, commitment, coaching and practice throughout the year. Each fall, Science Olympiad releases new rules and teams tackle STEM-aligned events. In this virtual year, students will participate in engaging engineering events, using computer programs like CAD and SkyCiv.
