In an effort to stay current and timely with our COVID-19 public health updates, we have created an After Hours COVID-19 Reporting system for families to use on weekends and breaks. Effective immediately, there are now two ways to report a COVID-19 concern in your family:

During non-school hours (outside of 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or on the weekend) please utilize this Black Hawk COVID-19 Student/Family Reporting Form
If there is any uncertainty regarding COVID-19 symptoms, exposure or testing, please keep your student home until contacted by a member of the team. If you have any questions, please contact Nurse Molly McQuown.
If you need Parent Access Codes for either Schoology or Campus Parent, or have other questions about setting up parent accounts, please fill out the form below and we will get back to you with the information you need.

Please use the upper level parking lot when dropping off or picking up your student.
The lower level doors are reserved for busses only.
Drop Off/Pick up Procedure
- Using the upper level lot, turn left at the barriers and drop off/ pick up only at the painted crosswalk.
- For their safety, Students should walk in the yellow crosswalk area only.
- Please do not park or drop off/ pick up at the yellow curb areas or first lane. This area is reserved for district buses.
- Please drive with caution and yield to students in the crosswalk areas.
