The Links, Inc. Minneapolis/St Paul Chapter Announces its
PANDEMIC FILM FESTIVAL
The Minneapolis/St Paul Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is hosting a virtual Pandemic Film Festival for teenage filmmakers to explore the effects of COVID-19 and social justice issues such as police brutality and homelessness on them and their families.
Students in grades 6-12 are invited to use their cameras or smartphones to create a three-to-five minute film on how they and their families are surviving COVID-19 or other social justice pandemics.
Prizes will be awarded to winning films in the 6-8 and 9-12 grade categories, and both the winning films and their creators will be featured in a virtual Pandemic Film Festival on February 28, 2021.
The deadline for submission is January 19, 2021. Participants should submit their film, title, email address, and telephone number to the email@example.com no later than January 19.
