Conferences are Feb. 7 and 8

If you need an interpreter, please contact the BHMS Front Office 651-683-8521 to schedule your conference.

wednesday, February 7, 4:30-8 PM

This is a drop-in day to see any teacher. No signup is necessary for February 7th.

thursday, February 8, 12-8 PM

Panther Time (homeroom) Conferences

Please sign up for a conference with your student(s) Panther Time (homeroom) teacher.

Conferences will be held in person in the BHMS classrooms. If you prefer a Zoom conference, please let us know in the 'special requests' section of the conference signup form.

If you require an interpreter,  please let us know in the 'special requests' section of the conference signup form or call us in the front office to set up your conference time.

The school office will be open during this time for check-ins with counselors, the school nurse, and administration.

Family Instructions for setting up a Panther Time Conference on 2/8

  • Go to https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Black_Hawk_Middle_School_6 to sign up

  • Please select your student's Panther Time teacher from the list and click "Submit"

  • In PTCFast, you first register with name and contact information. A registration is created and PTCFast sends you a confirmation email with a link to choose your appointment time. You can also add and change both registrations and appointments.

    • Student's first name

    • Student's last name

    • Parent/Guardian name -- who will be attending the conference, e.g., John Smith, or John and Mary Smith

    • Parent/Guardian email address - Please double check for accuracy so that you receive the email to choose an appointment time

    • Contact Phone

    • In the Special Requests field, please let us know if you prefer a Zoom conference and/or if you require an interpreter. 
       

  • Watch for an email from PTCFast to chose your appointment time. You will find an email with the subject header "Select Date/Time for Teacher Conference Now". Click the link in the email and you will be able to pick a time slot for the conference. Note: Email sometimes does not get delivered immediately, please allow up to 15 minutes. You might also check your Spam folder.

  • PTCFast will send you an email confirmation and reminder. You will also receive a link that you may use if you wish to change your appointment later.
